The construction whilst modern, is wholly sympathetic to the adjacent listed building. Hand made brick dressed with Whitton fell York stone steal the show externally, with porthole windows and circular columns really showing off the craftsmanship on hand.
Internally the space is modest yet classical, with clean lines, flush stone skirtings, topped off by an expanse of structural glass and steel. A feature fireplace and fitted units (by Corbel Joinery) complete and compliment the area, that successfully links the house to the main grounds.
Two entrance courts complete the build which have been hard and soft landscaped with the same clean lines, natural stone and brick to the highest of standards.
