About Phil

Moving to London in the 1990s he began working on various solo projects that had close connections with the growing London contemporary art scene that was situated in and around the east end.

Phil worked directly with galleries, curators and artists alike, and collaborated with architects and designers to convert many Grade listed Victorian warehouse buildings into beautiful, modern contemporary art spaces and studios.

In 2009 he went on to study at the University of the West of England, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree before relocating to Somerset, where he became involved in various prestigious conservation projects before joining Corbel as site manager in early 2016.
